What to send with your inquiry
You can begin with references; a finished model is not required to start the conversation. Mark undecided details as unknown.
Dimensions and use
Give the approximate height, width and depth, including units. Explain whether the piece is a display, photo opportunity or interactive element. Describe indoor or outdoor conditions and intended duration of use.
Venue and access
Provide the city or venue, available floor space, doorway or loading access and installation restrictions. Tell us about venue requirements for support, rigging or public interaction so they can be reviewed.
Finish and approvals
Share brand colors, artwork and surface references. Identify who will approve the design and finish, and whether source artwork or drawings are still being developed.
Schedule and logistics
Separate the event date from the required delivery and installation dates. Include removal windows, storage or reuse plans when relevant. Feasibility and logistics are confirmed for each project.
Budget and scope
Include a budget range if available and specify which parts you need quoted: design development, fabrication, delivery or installation. The agreed scope determines what is included.
What determines price and timing?
Scale, geometry, surface detail, finish, intended use and site requirements all affect a custom build. A photograph alone does not establish a price or a delivery schedule. We review your references and constraints before agreeing the project scope.
